FlexMLS is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform provider for Yakima MLS. You can get to the login page by going to yak.flexmls.com, you should have already received your login information.

Yakima MLS acts as the Customer Support Center for the Yakima MLS. If Yakima MLS Staff cannot answer your questions they will forward your question directly to FlexMLS Support.

IMPORTANT - Yakima MLS staff are available to answer technical questions about the FlexMLS and questions about the Yakima MLS Rules and Regulations. Yakima MLS staff are not attorneys or real estate agents, they cannot answer questions about how to fill out a form or complete a real estate transaction. You will need to discuss those questions with your designated broker.

To learn how to use the FlexMLS, go to the "help" button on the upper right, and you can choose "user guides" or "video training", both of which are great options to help you learn to use FlexMLS.
