Supra eKEYs
Keys for accessing the lockboxes are assigned to each agent in the form of eKEYs which are used with your smartphone (or other device). Keys MAY NOT be shared. Agents are legally responsible for the key issued to them. Call the MLS office to report a lost or missing key as soon as possible.
Supra eKEYS may NOT be used under any circumstances by anyone other than the keyholder. You may be fined up to $15,000 for the unauthorized use of your key.
Suspension of MLS service may also include temporary loss of access to the Supra lockbox system.

There is a monthly recurring charge for eKEY Basic and eKEY Professional service. If you would like specific information on cost of a ekey, please call the Yakima MLS office at (509)457-8191.
SupraWEB
SupraWEB is the agent website that is available to all Supra keyholders. Real estate agents use SupraWEB to help manage their listing and showing information. Valuable showing data is accessible through SupraWEB so that agents can create reports for their clients, send updates about a particular listing to agents who recently showed that listing, or provide showing feedback.
Agents may use SupraWEB to choose to receive automatic email notices (showing alerts) when a showing occurs at their listings.
Mobile SupraWEB is available from within the eKEY® software to view information while on the go.
Useful Tips:
- eKEYs are updated daily through an esync update of the application on your phone. If you are not in range of a wireless connection and data at the time of the update, you will get a notification that there was an update error and you will need to call the Yakima MLS office for an emergency update code.
- We have a cooperating key agreement with PACMLS. If you would like to be able to access their lockboxes, please contact their office at (509) 783-2184 at least 2 business days in advance of when you need it. If you lose or change your key, you must inform PACMLS, it will not automatically change over.
- If you change your payment information for Supra (lost credit card, new bank account, ect.) you must contact the Yakima MLS so they can update it.
