Here is some additional useful information for listing in the Yakima MLS:

Assistance - The Yakima MLS can assist you in uploading any or all of the required information. However, it is the Broker and Designated Broker's responsibility to ensure the listing is accurate and complete.

Copying a Listing - If you are copying a listing Photos and Documents will NOT transfer to the new listing. You will need to re-upload them or contact the Yakima MLS Office.

Error Reports - If you notice that there is an error on another Broker's listing, you can click the error report button in the upper right hand corner. These error reports are anonymous. An email is sent to the listing's Broker and to Yakima MLS staff. These error reports are vital in maintaining the accuracy of our MLS.

*Please note - Brokers have until the next business day after the error is reported to correct the error before they are fined $5 the first day and $10 each day after.
