• If you lose a key box, report it to the Yakima MLS office IMMEDIATELY.
• If a key box is destroyed or stolen you will be charged $99.00 + tax for the cost of the box.

If there are extenuating circumstances for why the key box was lost, or if the box was stolen and you filed a police report, please contact the YARMLS office to request an MLS Waiver, which entails you writing a letter to the MLS Board of Directors, explaining the circumstances surrounding what happened to your key box. The MLS Board of Directors will approve or deny your request.
